To better serve serevyn users around the world, this Return & Exchange Policy is issued in accordance with customer protection laws or regulations across the European Union (EU) and the United States, as well as the brand philosophy of serevyn.

The serevyn Return & Exchange Policy only covers Products, as defined herein, purchased through our official website (https://serevyn.com).

7-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from serevyn.com for any reason, you have 7 days from the date of receipt (starting from 00:00 the next day) to request a return.

To be eligible for a 7-day satisfaction guarantee return: The product must not affect secondary sales.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@serevyn.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

About return fees:

Under the 7-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy, the customer does not need to pay any fees.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

After the customer submits the refund application, we will handle it within 3 days. After receiving the returned products, we will process the refund within 7 days. The refund funds will be returned to the customer's payment account in the original way. The refund will be credited to the customer's account on the same day.

Your return application will be rejected by serevyn if:

  • the return is requested beyond 7 days from the date of receipt;
  • all accessory items, giveaways, the user manual, or original packaging included with your purchase is missing or damaged with your return;
  • valid receipt or proof-of-purchase cannot be provided, or is counterfeited or altered in any way;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by any alterations, spillage of liquid, sand, oil, etc., improper installation, or use not in accordance with the user manual;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by accident (including without limitation collision, fire, flood, earthquake, traffic accidents);
  • the returned Product is not sent out within 7 days of return service confirmation with serevyn Customer Service;
  • the returned Product is not sent out in accordance with the requirements from serevyn Customer Service;

15-Day Easy Exchange

If there exists a quality issue with the Product purchased from serevyn, you have 15 days from the date of receipt (starting from 00:00 the next day) to request an exchange. You can apply to exchange for a different colour, or in exchange for a higher-priced product by filling the difference in price.

Note: You won't be refunded the difference in price if you apply to exchange for a lower-priced product.

To be eligible for an exchange: The product must not affect secondary sales.

About exchange fees:

If there is a price difference between the two products, the customer only needs to pay the difference. If there is no price difference, only the shipping fee needs to be paid.

Your exchange application will be rejected by serevyn if:

  • the exchange is requested beyond 15 days from the date of receipt;
  • valid receipt or proof-of-purchase cannot be provided, or is counterfeited or altered in any way;
  • the returned Product is incomplete or suffers physical damage caused by human factors;
  • no Product defects or damage is identified by serevyn technical support team;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by any alterations, spillage of liquid, sand, oil, etc., improper installation, or use not in accordance with the user manual;
  • Product defects or damage is caused by accident (including without limitation collision, fire, flood, earthquake, traffic accidents);
  • the returned Product is not sent out within 7 days of exchange service confirmation with serevyn Customer Service;

While our products are designed to be durable and reliable, there's always a small chance that a product may not function as expected over time.

That's why we've taken additional steps to offer you peace of mind with our 1-year warranty.

We want you to feel confident with your purchase, knowing that if the product experiences any defects or malfunctions within the first year, you're fully covered.

This means that if your product encounters any issues due to a manufacturing defect within one year from the date of purchase, we've got you covered. Whether it's a technical malfunction, an issue with the quality, or any other performance-related problem, we'll take care of the repair or replacement at no extra cost to you.
